Refund policy

At Afia Organics, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns Eligibility

To qualify for a return, you must provide proof of purchase. All items should be returned in their original condition.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at support@afiaorganics.com within 30 days of delivery. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Costs & Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

For example, if your order total is £25, a £5 restocking fee will be applied, and your refund will be £20. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend placing a new order once your return has been approved to ensure faster processing.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt without providing a reason. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
