Refund Policy:

• 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you decide that our products are not for you, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, whether the item is opened or unopened, as long as it is in the same condition in which it arrived.

• Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Return Costs: Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the product is faulty. All refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee. For example, if your order is worth £25, the restocking fee will be £5, so your total refund will be £20. Refunds do not include any delivery costs paid by the customer.

• Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive any items that are damaged or faulty, we will provide a replacement product free of charge. If you receive a damaged package and wish to request a reshipment or refund, please email us at hello@afiaorganics.com with a photo of the damage as soon as possible after delivery. This will allow us to evaluate the issue and rectify it promptly.

• Refund Processing: After processing your return, refunds can take 5-10 business days to arrive in the original payment method account. All delivery costs are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy:

• Order Cancellations: Full refunds are available for orders canceled before they are fulfilled. Shipping costs are not refundable.

• Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping information or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping fees may apply. We do not refund packages lost by the carrier.

• Incorrect Address: Orders sent to the wrong address because of customer error are not refundable. Once shipped, Afia Organics is not responsible for redirecting packages or covering costs if an incorrect address is provided.
